Last 3 years I have been the QC Manager, previous six - Coordinator / Supervisor of multidiscipline and multicultural QC teams.

I am Mechanical Engineer, API 570 Certified Piping Inspector, API 653 Certified Storage Tank Inspector, AWS Certified Welding Inspector, with good background in Quality Management Systems as per ISO 9001 and approved course as Lead Auditor.

More than 14 years overall experience in mechanical inspection, welding inspection, and maintenance of industrial equipment. Last 9 years as QC Supervisor, Coordinator and Manager during Construction/Pre-commissioning stages of crude and gas process plants and pipelines.

Skills: Piping/pipeline/valve inspection & testing (Pre-fabrication, Erection/Installation, in-process) for metallic/nonmetallic piping;
Welding Inspection (piping, structural, tank, pressure vessel during fabrication, production, alteration, repair);
NDT (MT, PT, VT, RT, UT, MFL) - background, experience, execution, coordination;
Tank inspection (Construction & In-Service);
Welding tuition/training/education;

Specific areas are:
1. Quality Control/Inspection Activities related to metallic & non-metallic piping and their testing, welding, static equipment, structural steel, rotating machinery, tanks - Execution, Supervision, Coordination, & Management in ECP megaprojects (GOSPs, Jetty Terminals, Gas Transportation Lines) in Saudi Arabia & Malaysia.
2. Mechanical and Welding Inspections; NDT; Storage Tanks inspection and evaluation during operation and during shut-downs at various oil pump stations, refinery, and other facilities.
3. Construction (Pre-fabrication, assembly, and erection) of structural steel buildings, stores, and piping racks, including related quality control.
4. Plant and Maintenance Head Engineer at Sugar Mills, responsible for the preventive maintenance, repairs, planned overhauls.
5. Experience in welding application tuition and welding technology education. Certified Welding Educator (today expired).
