I have 18 years of experience in the field of HR & Administration.I started my career with a GIS firm Integrated Digital Systems,Kolkata in 1998 as an "Administrative & GIS Executive" till 2005.Then I joined with a software company Apt Software Avenues (P) Ltd. ,Kolkata in 2005 as an "Office Manager".My achievement was when I got promoted to "Manager -HR & Administration" in 2008.I am married and live with my daughter and husband in Kolkata.Iam a graduate with Bachelor's Degree in English in 1996, HS in 1993 and I.C.S.C.E. in 1991.I had also done a 2-yr Diploma course "Diploma in Information & System Management" from Aptech Education Limited in 1998.
Now, I want to move ahead .Being a self -motivator , I want to work more and utilize my experience in a more innovative way.My current job profile has become saturated and there is no scope to explore.I want to join a big reputed company in a higher management position and of course with a big financial break/ betterment.
