I have gained more than 20 years of work experience from different (consulting and contracting) companies in the Philippines and international specifically in Qatar. The works have been carried out both in the project site and head office based. These include diversified role cost estimation/cost control, quantity surveying, cost planning, contract management, change management and evaluation of variations, value engineering, delay & disruption, extension of time (EOT), claims management and preparation of Anticipated and/or Final Account.
My market sector experience includes high rise construction, educational, sports and student/staff housing facilities, power generation such as combined cycle and geothermal, IT Data Centers, oil and gas facilities such as petrochemical refineries, transportation, communication towers facilities, aerospace, health, industrial facilities, infrastructures and landscape works, parks, botanical garden facilities and historical restoration.
My extensive local and international experience as design & cost engineer, civil/structural engineer, quantity surveyor, senior cost estimating engineer and cost control manager have provided me an opportunity and augmented my knowledge and skills (e.g. analytical thinking, negotiation, team working, supervising, construction technology, maintaining positive relationship with stakeholders and awareness of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures) in all aspects of pre and post contracts as required for the performance of the above mentioned roles and responsibilities.
I am a detailed-oriented individual with an initiative to interface and integrate effectively within the team particularly in a multicultural and diversified working environment. My wide range of knowledge and experience on global construction projects brings to clients a greater range of project solutions to ensure successful delivery irrespective of the complexities.
