• Overall Incharge of GST( Goods and Service Tax) of Entire Group.
• Looking After Overall Assessments from Income Tax Department of Entire Group.
• Responsible for smooth and timely completion of Statutory audit, Internal audit (KPMG), Tax audit and Stock Audit with proper co-ordination with the auditors.
• Financial Activities with respect to Cash Credit i.e. Preparation & Submission of monthly book debt & Stock statements.

• Liasioning with Banks for Working capital, Channel Financing and various other purpose.
• Getting Credit Rating done from an External agency.
• Setting of process for handling of Debtors Management and reconciliation with Creditors.
