Kumaran lingeswar completed my graduation in BE Mechanical in the year 2003, My first professional experience with Madras Fertilizers Limited, Worked as Graduate trainee for the first year and Mechanical Engineer for the next 2 years. Out of 3 years in MFL I have been involved in Modification projects like Vessels, tanks, Process pumps and regular PM jobs with hands on experience in Air Compressors, HVAC Systems, Fire suppression systems, boilers, ID/FD fans.
My Second Professional experience with FOXCONN India Private Limited for about 4 years, I have Engaged in GREEN FIELD PROJECT to build Infra structure for Mobile phone manufacturing, successfully completed all 3 phases of projects and served in Maintenance department in last 1 year, Systems like Sprinklers, Air Compressors, HVAC, WTP, STP, ETP, Paint shop, Assembly Conveyors.
Currently Working for MICHELIN TYRES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED for 4.5 years, Joined MICHELIN in the year 2010 for GREEN FIELD PROJECT to build a facility for TYRE manufacturing, Involved in various jobs like Lead the Cold room project and completed the project on time of 2000 sq.mts @ 3 deg C, Completed successfully LAB buildings with all specific requirements like humidity, temperature & Negative pressure with aspiration systems. Completed successfully the solvent tank and related pump/piping system with all ATEX requirements. Commissioned Process Oil system as per the process requirement and supported production on time. Individually handled all Fluids related works for 18 buildings of semi-finished department and handover for production on time. Design & executed Hot water & Process vacuum system for tyre building process and successfully commissioned with required specifications.
