• Represent the Company to market its investment case to potential & existing investors and analysts .i.e., Foreign Institutional Investors, Financial Institutions, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Buy & Sell side securities analysts, Equity Sales and Investment Banks.
• MIS reporting - Inter-firm benchmarking, stock price performance, valuations, shareholding pattern analysis, market information on peer Companies, tracking analyst recommendations & research notes and key industry happenings/capital market developments.
• Interaction with Credit rating agencies
• Maintain banking relationships for fund raisings and equity placements
• Organize and Monitor the Quarterly Earnings call.
