 Coordinates with the production team to ensure the progress of the project and meet the scheduled deadlines.
 Conduct weekly meeting if necessary and report the progress of works to all Department Head (procurement, production project and design)
 Discuss some Technical issues to Architects, Engineers and Contractors and ensure that the design is executed accordingly with the plans & specifications.
 Review and check approved preliminary architectural plans and applied necessary municipality requirements, codes and regulations, and prepares drawings for final to be submitted to respective municipalities.
 Conduct site visit to make sure that the plans and materials specified are carefully executed.
 Meet the materials supplier to orient regarding the project design and if possible for production.
 Check, Monitor and coordinate if all the required scope of works and materials are in BOQ, and prepares Submittals/Transmittals in every updated and submitted revised drawing
