I am currently working as a Estimating & Quantity Survey Manager with Vimal & Associates (Construction Division), Vapi, Gujarat; spearheading the spectrum of activities spanning cost analysis & management, Preparation of client bills, material management, management & survey of quantity. My key strengths comprise strong domain knowledge practically gained over the working stint and the ability to lead a team while accomplishing performance-oriented tasks-at-hand ensuring accuracy and consistency. I possess an innate ability in managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures with key focus on minimizing the costs of a project and enhancing value for money without losing on required standards and quality. I have managed projects of diversified nature such as project for Roads, Industrial Building Work, Dam and Canal work across the career span. Not forgetting the organization of work schedules, I come across as a highly competent professional inclined towards meeting desired goals. I have an outstanding ability to work independently as well as within a team under high-pressured, deadline driven environment.
