Professionally I am graduate Engineer + done PGDBM and EMBA ICFAI + LLB from Agra varsity. Presently working in capacity of Vice President - Projects (Tech.) at Corporate Office, Patil Group of Industries, Pune. Round O'clock min. 12-16 hours I do guiding to all ongoing projects . Project monitoring with respective Project Heads, beside contractual reply to client's letters and techno-legal-commercial drafting for any of the project matter of Group of Company at extempore with interpretation of Contract Agreement COC/Clauses FIDIC/ISI/IRC/Contract Act, 1872 and arbitral issues at par to Arbitration, Conciliation Act, 1996. I read knowledge important, positive thinking, good author's book, inspiring and guiding to make man nearing at perfection, providing innovative ideas with SWOT analysis as well like Hindu ritual theories and visiting of temples, etc. whenever getting time as well train people to find sky limits in positive manner.
