I am experienced in modifying and implementing telecommunications systems to support the business, technical and operational requirements of companies. I have also been involved in the direct selection, planning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems like I.P. telephony (VOIP, PBX…), pre WiMAX, network infrastructure, FTTX, Triply play service, M2M. IIoT and IDC technologies. I have helped build state-of-the art networks with the best in-class solutions and helped coordinate all the activities and decisions associated with telecom solution design and delivery to achieve the desired business outcomes. I have also been involved in recommending and planning IT and telecom solutions for performance and monitoring and ensured the proper execution and implementation of all new systems and ensuring their integrity and high availability. I have also planned and handled projects and made sure they were completed on time according to the needs of our customers.

Through my work, I gained interpersonal, technical, and business skills such as teamwork to finish projects on time and up to the expectation of the clients, monitoring and tracking important issues, and preparing the snag list. I also gained experience in working with international IT/Telecom teams. I have kept up-to-date on the latest technologies, receiving training and certification in network, RF, and fiber. As an individual, I am self-motivated, hard-working, and enjoy being challenged. I am able to work under pressure and multi-task. I have strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
