I am an enthusiastic and seasoned Client, Relationship and Product Manager. I have over 15 years of Operations, Change, Project and Technical Account Management experience in various eCommerce and service environments. My soft skill set includes but is not limited to exceptional communication, interpersonal, intuitive, administrative, problem solving, decision making, and leadership skills. I have a passion for service.
As you will see from my CV, I have been responsible for managing 3rd party Merchants, vendors, Enterprise Clients and projects of varying scope during my career. I place great emphasis on product deployment and post launch support, and continued issue resolution. I have the ability to successfully manage multiple and concurrent responsibilities.
As an experienced Program and Account Manager I am an excellent communicator who is just as comfortable leading team as
working on a group project. I am adept in Agile methodology and quickly responsive to stakeholders in the gathering of assets and execution of UAT testing. I am excellent in the training and supporting of clients, stakeholders and internal end users. I am process driven, with a tenacious approach to meeting
targets and team organization.
