 Selection of Instrumentation (e.g. Valves, Flow meter, Piping, Gauges, High pressure Fittings) in respect of Process Condition
 Prepare drawing in AutoCAD as per client specification / requirement.
 Sending enquirers to suppliers and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price.
 Prepare BOM / BOQ.
 Prepare Project and Production Schedule & submit to client.
 Pricing of Variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / Project Managers and Finalization of Variation Orders (VO).
 Visiting client / attending pre-bid meetings.
 Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification).
 Preparing Project Risk Analysis report.
 Conducting negotiations, Identification of pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
 Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
 Scheduling & Monitoring the Progress of the works.
 Execution of project work as per Drawings, Project Schedule, Code & Standards & consultants specification.
