I am a committed Chartered Civil Engineer and Major Build Project Planner, who has had a direct impact, delivering major project successes within the Construction Sector both in the UK and Globally.
Extensive Main Contractor experience,25 years with Tarmac/Carillion/Wates in the UK, significant contractor experience in the Middle East (Abu Dhabi and Egypt) and the Far East with UK contractor Biwater International Ltd. (based in Malaysia and Egypt)
I have controlled a department within the Tarmac/Carillion Organisation dealing with circa STG 100 M per annum having worked for most of the major blue chip developers.
Controlled the fit out stages of a major5* Hotel development in Accra for Hotel Chain MovenPic with an Italian Contractor. Project involved the fit out of 12 floors of hotel rooms and all the client area’s expected in a 5* hotel in terms of food, beverage, retail, gymnasium & swimming facilities.
I have experience on a wide range of developments including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial in United Kingdom and the Middle East both as Project Manager and Project Director. Very confident and capable when working with top range clients including Arlington Berkeley Homes, Brixton Estates and the major supermarket chains Sainsbury, Morrisons and the Big Food Group.
