• Extensive knowledge of custom regulation and tariff schedules, as well as export process for Europe, US, Latin America, Far East, Middle East, Africa and Australia.
• Well Versed with the schemes like Duty Drawback and EPCG. Also knowledge of Advance Authorization.
• In depth knowledge of High Sea Sales Agreement (HSS)
• Having working knowledge of GSP (Generalized System of Preference) certificate of origin.
• Deep Knowledge of Shipping Line, CONCOR (Container Corporation of India Ltd.), ICD (Inland Container Depot) and CHB (Custom House Broker) working and process.
• Has working knowledge of Letter Of Credit (LC) and documents
• Managing Import clearance activities-Raw Materials, Engineering and Spare Parts, Used and New Capital Goods.
• Ocean Imports-Handling volume of 70-80 TEUs /month in which 21-25 TEUs under DPD (Direct Port Delivery)
• Air & Courier Imports-Handling Volume of 30-40 consignments/month
• Have knowledge of ATA Carnet
• Supporting the project imports (new machinery) as in additional role Material Coordinator.
