 Vendor identification & validation with the help of purchase team to build the different parts of prototype. Also re-conditioning of some existing parts.
 Monitoring the progress of prototype building and assuring the quality of product at end of the project.
 Process will be discussed with customer to ensure the product quality & performance. Selection of suitable material for all required functions and its reliability.

Management & Technical Training

 Managing the team members, strategic planning to achieve goal as per management forecast and its budget for the same.
 Educate the executive members to attain goals of management and communicate with other relative department to support in all activities.
 Training the people about company products and its importance. Edify everyone to achieve our management goals in-time.
