• Undertake HSE Management system (OHSAS 18001 & EMS: ISO 14001) which included all project work activities.
• Prepare HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) & Aspects –Impacts program for all activities & along with mitigation control.
• Prepare HSE Statistics for projects and being assist to business development ( Tenders & Pre qualifications)
• Coordinate to different project sites & advised Site Management to meet the objectives applying different action plan for accident prevention.
• Undertake All HSE training for the personnel (management team and sub-contractors) pertaining to safety Health & Environment Requirements Emergencies, Firefighting drills, First-aid & trade wise training.
• Proactive leadership of HSE involvement in program activities and initiatives such as National Safety Day, World Environment Day etc.,
• Conduct & Participate in HSE (safety) inspections, audits with respect to the applicable legal requirements and work towards ensuring compliance.
• Develop HSE Manuals & HSE Plans for the specific project as per the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007, EMS ISO 14001:2004 standard and Client specific requirement.
• Conduct HSE Audit and Inspection as per integrated management system certification requirement and ensured for its compliance.
