• Strong Knowledge in Idoc, configuring the processes of Org structure, Master data, Purchasing, Inventory, Invoice Management, Classification, Release Strategy.
• Understanding the business requirement of client and implementing it into SAP.
• Good hands on experience on Unicenter and Service Now tool for incident management. Also possess good understanding of other processes like Problem management, Change management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in order to facilitate business discussions, document solutions and work well with peoples at all levels of the organization.
• Integration of Materials Management with Finance, Inventory Management, Production Planning and Sales & Distribution.
