My Leadership Brand
‘Leadership brand’ is used a lot in Literature and Training.

To build a strong, Positive brand given the pressures of Today’s workplace,

• First, I always tell the truth and do the right thing. My brand’s foundation is My Integrity, Trustworthiness and Ethical behavior (If I get this wrong it doesn’t matter what else I do)
• Second, I do my job really well – whatever I do, I really get good at it and perform at a consistently high level.
• Third, I build relationships, as many as I can, I want others to enjoy working with me.
• Fourth, I bring an open mind to every interaction…, if I am the adult in the room, others notice my calming influence.
• Finally, I bring a positive attitude to work every day, and am respectful to everyone I meet.

If I do these five things Honestly and Sincerely I will build a strong, Positive Leadership Brand – which is my Single, greatest asset at work.
