For 5+ years I worked as RF Test Engineer, My Responsibilities were to:

1) Work directly with the ODM engineering staff and departmental management to specify aid in procurement install operate and maintain all required test equipment(CMW500, ANRITSU, AGILENT NETWORK ANALYSERS, SPECTROM ANALYSERS, SIGNAL GENERATORS) and facilities; identifies adheres to proper calibration schedules for all pieces of equipment.

2) Develop custom test setups for special mechanical and electrical test requirements.

3) Provide technical guidance and support to both internal external customers

4) Create detailed operating procedures (PCF) & forms adhering to quality and safety standards for the appropriate performance documentation of test setups

5) Train and/or directs engineering technicians to make sure adherence to established procedures documentation

6) Perform failure analysis finite element analysis.

7) May carry out the testing fully document all relevant results for reporting to the customer(ODM)

8) Maintain general housekeeping of the test lab including its overall cleanliness maintenance of hand tools and inspection equipment stocking miscellaneous supplies monitoring storage of perishable products and recommends and provides new methodology for better organization improved lab techniques

9) Work on special NPI  projects as directed

10) Oversee equipment start-up, characterization, qualification, or release
