Karthi Sundaram

I am very fascinated by Chemistry as a subject and always attempt to correlate the concepts of chemistry to my day to day events. During my Bachelors study I studied organic, inorganic, physical and analytical chemistry as part of the course. However, during my Master course, I studied organic and polymer chemistry particularly interesting. This was no doubt helped by the excellent teaching of especially this course at Madras Christian College, University of Madras, India. Upon completion of my Master programme, I was appointed as production supervisor at MRF Ltd- Arakonam, India, based on my academic records, performance in a written examination and interview. My industrial tenure broadened my horizons in organic and polymer chemistry and gave me insights into new concepts in research. I am happy to say that I am able to understand and carry out research in the fields of organic chemistry and polymer chemistry.
