As a versatile professional, I have worked for 12 years in various positions of high responsibilities and gained rich experience in developing and managing a wide range of learning and development strategies. With a powerful training and development background, I gained expertise in tracking employees’ areas of improvement and introduced programs of remedial action and gap elimination accordingly in conjunction with Line Managers.
I am highly motivated Learning and Development professional with a unique mix of experience in IT Management Systems, Competency Assurance, and learning and development skills.
Additionally, I thrive on challenges found in a high-stress situation. I have a calm and analytical approach to secure commitment, support, and trust from the people who are involved in the learning and development process. While implementing practical and unique cost-effective solutions, I developed, conducted and implemented competency assurance framework and learning and development strategies aligned towards business strategy.
While working with different organizations in the past, I have delved into training and development and successfully built good relationship with team members. As a team player and leader, I keep my team motivated and encourage them to perform their best.
