During the past years I worked in content management area using Documentum in addition to FileNet products, I got knowledge in both using various engines (workflows, Content Server, Design forms, Development, Administration, Reports ) , also get and translate the client requirements into project deliverable in addition to providing professional services by supporting clients for different kind of issues and provide training sessions for different types of users ,moreover I have experience for how to present whether Documentum or FileNet products in a professional way in front of clients,(consulting ,supporting ,training, business analysis and presales ) is the main areas that I’m doing my best to improve my skills in those areas.
