> Experience for working in Projects for ‘Basic Engineering’, ‘Detail engineering’ along with ‘FEED’ & ‘PRE-BID/ PROPOSAL’ Engineering (Piping Part) for Clients like PDO, IOCL, KNPC, KOC, Saudi Aramco, etc.
> Supervision of team as the Lead Engineer for piping design activities per budget resource & schedule for Green Field & Brown Field Projects.
> Leading & Guiding the team of Engineers & Designers from conceptual to detail engineering for Piping Design activities.
> Development of Equipment & Piping Layouts (onshore) based on preliminary P&IDs/ PFDs. Proficient in preparation & review of Plot Plan, Equipment Location Plan, Piping GADs, Isometrics, Pipe Support Schedule, MTO, etc.
> Managing job allocation, Man Power Estimation & control, schedule maintain, in terms of Quality output for project execution.
> Preparation/ modification of Piping Material Specification, along different calculations for piping classes, per International Code & Standards.
> Preparation of project specific technical specifications, Data Sheets, Preparation & reviewing MR, TBE and PS for piping materials.
> Stress (static) analysis of different Critical and Non-Critical piping systems, supporting, confirming to the code ASME B31.3 using CAESER-II.
> Well experienced with piping 3D modeling software (PDS & PDMS), 2D drafting software (AutoCAD & MicroStation) & 3D review software like SPR, Navisworks, etc. Proficient in MS Excel along with using functions & data analysis.
> Well conversant with International & Client Specific Standards such as ASME, API, BS, NFPA, Shell DEPs & other recommended practices.
