I am Completing my Diploma Computer Eng. Apr-2001 with 1st Class. Then Also Complete my B.A. with History in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open Uni. Sep-2005 with 1st Class.
Now I am working at Integrated Diseases Surveillance Project (SSU) Gandhinagar since March 2007 as a Data Entry Operator .
My Job like : Data collection from 25 Dist. & 6 MOH & 6 Medical College of Gujarats Hospitals & Private Reporting Units Diff. type of Diseases like Cholera, Diphtheria, Fever, Whooping Cough,Neonatal Tetanus, Acute Watery Diarrhoea,Acute Bloody Diarrhoea, Measles, Polio,Entric Fever,Dengue Positive, HIV Positive, Pneumonia, etc., after data collection we entering data in our Software in GSWAN Site, then i make Weekly Alert of these Diseases and sent at New Delhi(NICD) at Friday,then this alert sent to 6 Medical Colleges & 25 Districts and Municipal Corporation of Health,Commissioner of Health & Secretary of Health,after this process i write a letter to consult CDHO for Death Investigation letter..
