A young and qualified Instrumentation Engineer with 8+ years’ experience in international settings out of a career spanning 2+ years offering demonstrated skills in system design, installation, commissioning, maintenance and calibration of process instruments with proven exposure in PLC & SCADA System; currently engaged in Oil fields services and working with Manweir LLC, Doha, Qatar, since Sept’07, as Instrumentation Engineer.
• Currently heading Instrumentation & calibration services for the Manweir LLC for oilfield instruments while managing business proposals, estimations, department’s operations, staff recruitment & training, technical capability and customer relations.
• Experienced in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of process instruments in manufacturing industry with proven skills in programming & troubleshooting of PLCs as well as management of SCADA system.
• Have been involved in execution of customer projects of instrumentation system for dedicated operations like batching & weighing by designing instrumentation and PLC controls.
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and experienced in conducting departmental audits in assigned jurisdiction.
• Conversant with troubleshooting and programming of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) – worked on Siemens & Allen Bradely PLCs, and WINCC based SCADA System.
