I am a graduate and a post–graduate and I have over 35 years experience in the construction management and supervision of major residential, health and commercial projects both in India and abroad.
I have also been involved in the Program Management of International Projects in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Abu Dhabi and Yemen. My main contributions in the execution of the above Projects are in the Construction Supervision of Architectural, Civil, Structural, Steel works, Quantity Survey, QA/QC, Estimation, Pricing/Costing, Project Controls, Contract Administration and all other related fields. Presently, I am working as Project Manager, Prema Multispecialty Hospital Project, a 350,000sft and +1250 bed super-specialty healthcare complex at Visakhapatnam.
