I have been in a preclinical research field for five years, experienced in animal handling, dosing, blood collection, body weighing, husbandry and receiving quarantine animals. I also assist veterinarians on necropsy, medication, and daily animal observation. Report to immediate supervisor any possible changes in animal facility that will affect animal condition and study results.

Before this, I also have a five years experience in a call center environment. With international customers from the US, Australia and UK. I have been a customer care inbound call receiver for clients such as Verizon Wireless, MCI, McAfee and PetShed Australia. Our daily responsibility is to receive calls and assist customers in regards to their needs (account information, updates, troubleshooting, refund, purchasing), targeting daily KPIs without abandoning the quality of calls.
