 Daily Morning meeting with Employees, supervisors & Engineers.
 Making & executing daily production plan for Press shop & assembly line.
 Ensure Machine shop and assembly tooling status.
 Ensure Machine maintenance on time.
 Making Monthly, Weekly Production Plan and monthly MIS Report.
 Making weekly shift plan.
 Resolving workers job related problems & trained them.
 Analysis done on daily rejection & steps to be taken to reduce it.
 Ensure the proper checking & packing of materials as per Dispatch plan.
 Maintain the 5 “S’’ in the process area and giving the 5’s’ training of operators and supervisor’s
 Increasing the production by reducing cycle time.
 Maintain the records of production as per ISO.
 Making the skill matrix of employees and giving the training about the product.
 Prepare the daily production, rejection, absenteeism and DPPM report on daily &monthly basis.
 Making Machine, Employees Efficiency report and Machine utilization Report.
