I have been active in the field of Fitness and Wellness since 2007. As I started my career as a Personal Trainer and found love for the subject which lead to certifications and later pursuing a Master Degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. I have acquired the varied experience of working from a company set up as part of a team and also a Freelancer.
My sole purpose in my training routines and what I enjoy doing the most is educating the clients and sharing the knowledge about the subject and develop awareness and help them to build up a healthy lifestyle.
