• To supervise all activity of the warehouse. overseeing stores management including day-to-day activities like inward and outward , storage and dispatch of goods , inducting analysis of slow moving/ fast moving goods , identifying minimum stock level and re-order point to ensure the optimum inventory at warehouse and customer level .
• Ensure all the material kept in the store are in good order and conditions that can be check subsequently and can be easy traceability, accountability.
• Understand and ensure all safety precautions are carried out in warehouse.
• Maintaining a strong communication chain between the different divisions in order to receive inquiries about status of materials , requisition , dispatch and delivery status .
• Designing polices for indigenizing products thus saving cost and enhancing revenue for the company, Maintaining first in first out (FIFO) Planning and receive incoming material and supervise dispatches.
• To ensure and check receive incoming shipment document and help to custom clearance coordination with CHA and admin staff.
