Dear HR Team,
Myself Jayant Brahmane, I have completed my Engineering in the stream of Petrochemical Engineering. Thereafter, I have completed my management programme from National Institute of Industrial Engineering.
During my 14 years career, I have performed different roles as sales manager, product manager and brand manager. Customer remain the common centre of gravity in my every role. The main objective was and has been to make customer experience as convenient and easy as possible.
Over a period, I have been improving my selling and marketing skills. I have applied many management principles while working at corporate levels, like Pareto principle, BCG matrix, questionnaire design and analysis using SPSS and AMOS. In my day today work, I do lot of pricing related activity, which actually helped me to improve my negotiation skill. I like to learn new things and apply it to my profession.
Currently I am handling Head- Marketing role at Rajiv Plastics Pvt. Ltd. Developing key strategies for the organisation. Also implementing new credit and pricing policies for customers, started practicing standard price list for distributors and also played key role in improving existing customer servicing capability.
I like continuously to interact with customers and focus on improving business performance and do best to motivate sales team to achieve their sales target.
