Seeking a Mid level assignment as Mechanical/Piping Engineer/Field Engineer with a leading and high growth oriented organization.

Responsible for providing Construction site engineering resources and expertise during construction phases of the project.
 Responsible for Spool Fabrication/Erection/line checking test package wise within boundary limits and hydro-testing , and also maintain activities in the existing facilities to ensure the activities are executed as per the work scope and in adherence to the HSE standard.
 Have knowledge in interpret drawings (P & ID’s, GAD’s, Isometrics, Steal, Piping Oil & Gs Refineries and Petrochemicals Plant etc.)
 To maintain primary contact and a good working relationship with sub-contractors site representatives. To be fully familiar with the sub-contractors methods of construction, planning and procedures and to resolve any apparent conflicts.
 To identify, analyze and solve problems (Site safety, technical, construction, quality control, schedule)
 Preparation of BOQ / MTO from drawing and specification, piping quantity assessment, manpower and machinery estimation.
 Prepare daily reports of work progress and man power utilization and weekly reports of the total spool erection, welded inch dia of joints and the remaining work front with the materials available.
 Monitor welding activities (WPS, PQR, WQT, PWHT etc) and assuring that the QC is implemented according the approved QAP.
 Preparation of Field piping system test packages, including system limit on P&ID and Piping Isometrics.
 Closely follow the Test-Packs & preparing punch list of piping systems and ensuring clearing those points in consultation with client engineers.
 Responsible for line checking after Hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
 Ensure that Hydro-test reinstatement is to be done as per the procedure and ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
