Having rich International experience of 26 years in engineering & project management with multinational Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Consulting companies. Wide range of experience in FEED, basic & detail engineering, construction, Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, final acceptance and handover on mega projects exceeding USD 1 billion.

Extensive PMC experience of managing Engineering contractors multi-discipline technical quality, safety in design, interfaces, schedule, and progress on the major project. I was involved during all the phases of the project from concept to handover.

Well conversant with Project Management Processes; Initiating, Executing, Monitoring & Control and Closing; and Knowledge areas; Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human resources, Communication, Risk, procurement and stakeholder management.

Worked with various Licensors – Haldor Topsoe, Uhde, BP, UIF, MHI, Saipem, Linde, Jacobs – in different countries on green & brown field projects.
Hands-on experience of process safety studies (HAZID, ENVID, HAZOPs, SIL, QRA, HSEIA, RAM), process simulation & optimization, resource development, quality management & planning and preparation of engineering reports.
