During my tenure I’ve worked on various sectors like High Tech, Telecom, Products, and Utilities. I have deep knowledge on CRM modules such as Middleware, Marketing, Sales and Service. I am proficient in functional areas like lead management, opportunity management, Activity Management, Loyalty Management, Service request processing, Middleware setup. I have 4 full life cycle SAP implementations and 7 projects in my forte which involved in creation of Business process document, requirement gathering, RICEFW analysis, System configuration, Defect Analysis, Preparing Configuration rationale and user training documentation. I have a basic working knowledge of Debugging and AET Enhancements.
