• 15 years’ experience in execution of Residential, Commercial and High-Rise Buildings and Quality Assurance and Control in structural and finishing works.
• UPDA / MMUP certified Grade A engineer in QATAR.
• ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead auditor.
• Have an Experience in preparation of PQP, Method statements, Quality procedures and checklists and monitor the total quality standards by continuous supervision to comply the QMS of the company.
• Extensive knowledge of quality assurance/quality control management practices, processes and current technology in Building interior finishing’s.
• Experience in ID works, handing over process of buildings.
• Proven experience in directing and implementing quality management systems and standards specified ISO, BS, IS, QCS standard Codes for construction activities.
• Have a solid experience in DOKA, RMD, PERI and KUMKANG/WTF/MAIVAN formworks. Have an experience in SDC- Smart Dynamic concrete.
• Proficiency in the use of computers and software packages (BSF, ERP, ACONEX) related to field.
• Plan and organize and prioritize work within area of responsibility so that resources are used effectively, and work is completed within target time.
