• Welding Inspection, visual inspection of joint fit-ups, in process and completed welding inspection on various Materials. Witnessing Welder Qualification tests.
• Welding Inspection duties including setup, in-process inspection, and welder’s performance, production testing..
• Analyzing production process to the entire satisfaction of client quality.
• Conducting internal/external inspection of piping’s and maintaining documents.
• Co-ordination of NDT Team.
• Conduct Hydro test for piping spools.
• Final visual & dimensional inspection of piping system as per client approved drawings, standards and specifications.
• Knowledge about SATIP-W-11,SATIP-W-16 and its related SAICs & SATRs
• Knowledge about SATIP-A-004 and its related SAICs & SATRs
