I am a Chartered Accountant with 30+ years experience which includes heading the Finance departments in organisations across of a diverse range of industries including sugar, ferro alloys, milk products, synthetics, Off-road Tyres, Paper etc. I have successfully delivered as a CFO and in other capacities, across organisations of varying sizes including from a mid-sized INR 100 Crores organisations to relatively larger organisations of above INR 1000 Crores.

I help MSME ( Medium and small manufacturing enterprises in Maharashtra and Gujrat (Mumbai, Thane, Nasik, Pune, Surat, Vapi etc) to raise funds from Banks ( Public sector banks, private banks, Foreign Banks ). I further do banking liaison for all my clients. I help fund raising from Private Equity Funds too.

I guide teams of client in reporting / compliance and communication with various stake holders / lenders / Investors / Tax Authorities. I further help my clients in legal vetting of various contracts and negotiation with various vendors / service providers.

I further guide my client in long term business plans / annual budgets / project budgets.

I do the assessment of the potential and risk appetite of clients and accordingly guide them in business plans, help them in cost monitoring and essential business controls.
