• Responsible for assisting in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the head mistress
• In charge of organizing classes and responding to the needs of students during lessons.
• Planning and delivering well structured lessons.
• Planning and organizing computer lessons and practical for students.
• Supporting the school in delivering the curriculum effectively.
• Organizing and supporting a range of extracurricular activities.
• Achieving and maintaining high standards of care and education of pupils.
• Planning, preparing and reviewing the curriculum with other colleagues.
• Managing resources effectively and ensuring appropriate value for money.
• Ensuring all Health and safety policies are implemented and adhered to at all times.
