About My Work Experience:
Primavera P6 – Project Management Software (R.15.2)
• To Create Project Baseline – Baseline Program (or) Clause 14 program in reference to the contract documents, BOQ, IFC drawings, project specifications and standards. The program WBS comprise project lifecycle (Preliminaries, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing & commissioning, Snag works & Project closure), add activities with logical sequence and schedule works accordingly. Assign resource (cost, man power & materials) prepare S-curves in order to forecast resource distribution for the entire project span.
• Monitor and update Programme of works – Create project monitoring tools, record progress and update Programme
• Progress evaluation and mitigation – Evaluate progress of works and prepare targets in order to mitigate the slow progress
• Time claim – Maintain change register and prepare “Extension of Time” in accordance to FIDIC Clause 44 & 53 and sub clause 8.4 & 20.1
• Programme Revision: To modify baseline programme in accordance to approved changes
Site execution & supervision:
• To execute project scope of work as per the approved shop drawings and coordinate with project stake holders
• To arrange materials and assign man powers on targets basis
• To supervise project works maintaining Health and safe work environment
• To carry site works and deliver the project meeting the Project’s Quality, specifications and standards
