1) Electronics and Communication Engineering professional with experience and knowledge in the project life-cycle that includes project design, equipment installation & integration, testing and commissioning.
2) Hands on practical knowledge and experience in the DDC Controls, PLC’s and building management system activities.
3) Exposure in handling installation and operation of Chillers, Chilled water Pumps, Secondary Pumps, Central Plant Air Conditioners (AHU, FAHU, FCU, Package units, Split units etc.), & operation & maintenance of the same.
4) Experience in Site Supervision, Drawing, BOQ preparation, installations and troubleshooting.
5) Prompt decision maker having good communication skill with capability to wade through crisis situation with great objectivity.
6) An effective communicator having skills facilitating effective liaison with external agencies, clients and consultants on determining technical specifications, approval and direction for smooth execution.
7) Have experience working as a Maintenance Engineer visiting handed projects for monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly preventive maintenance which includes troubleshooting all the problems and also prepare relevant documents.
