I am in mid-career level at the moment. With a direct reporting to Head of HR, I supervise a team of 13 colleagues and our company strength is over 4500 employees. I am available to join on immediate basis.

• Overseas Recruitment
• Training & Development
• Visa and Labor Law Assistance
• Direct Sales / Telemarketing

Brief responsibilities -
• Providing assistance and direction to the HR department as a team supervisor
• Conduct supervisory visits to camps & provide dispute management support to all employees
• Overseas Recruitment – coordinating with agents, conduct interviews & profile assessments
• Providing guidance and trainings to new employees
• Finalizing leave and final settlement for over 4500 employees
• Working closely with UAE authorities for the visa procedures
• Working closely with company PRO pertaining to UAE Labour Law matters
• Coordinating with travel agencies for corporate travel requirements
• Work on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to manage HR functions
