Having done a certified course in HR –generalist functions and skills, and successfully passing (MBA-HR ), and having worked in both corporate office(service industry and consulting industry)as well as factory atmosphere(Vikrant Forge Limited),I feel that I have the requisite skills ,knowledge and confidence to work in both factory atmosphere as well as corporate office climate.
I feel that the job should offer me opportunities to explore and utilize my knowledge of both industrial relations and labor laws , together with human resource management skills and working with teams.
I am longing to be a part of a company which is innovative and fiscally robust. I feel that the job position offered should enable me to demonstrate my abilities and skills and make a contribution, in an area, I have studied in, and see my future career in.
