The experience crosses several sectors including High Rise, Residential, Commercial and Infrastructure developments. As a Quantity Surveyor the expertise involves in Material Take Off, Bar Bending Schedule, Rate Analysis, Material Purchase Requests, Variation assessment & submission,, Contracts & Payment Certificate preparations, Negotiations, Budget monitoring & Cost Control, Estimation and Costing Reports. The general expertise also includes in preparation of Bill of Quantities and bid documentation.

I have a strong understanding of technical specification, estimation, cost analysis and B.O.Q. Having better knowledge of site surveys, execution, methods and capable of compiling quantities/estimates on spreadsheets.
