I have more than 9+ years of experience in Commissioning, Maintenance and Operations of CNC and PLC Controlled Equipment, CNC Tooling & Process Planning. In my present capacity, I am Undertaking complete planning, implementation, & rescheduling as per utility equipment performance to ensure 100% availability of machinery; avoiding the reoccurrences of problems through effective utilization of maintenance techniques like Why-Why Analysis, FMEA,TPM etc. On education front, I have completed B.E. (Electrical & Electronic) from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. Coimbatore, Anna University in 2007 with 71% marks.


I am skilled in directing the maintenance technicians; preparing cost reports on spare parts, inventory, labour and machines for resources planning, budgeting & scheduling. Proactive in monitoring requisite maintenance and building services that must be undertaken as well as to ensure necessary preventive and corrective maintenance works are adhered to
