Developed, Reviews & Follow up the standard operating procedures for safe start-up, shut-down, normal operation, emergency shut-down. control & complex loop, alarms, Interlocks, cause & Effect, ESD, Fire & Gas in Fields, PLC . Operating and optimizing high complexity chemical plant in any of following position: field operator; panel operator; supervisor; process engineer. Specialities: SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), DCS (Distributed Control System) Yokogawa, PLC (Programmable Logic Control system) , MIDAS (Multi Input Data Acquisition System). Gas turbine driven Centrifugal compressors, Electric motor driven compressors (centrifugal). Able to read, understand and develop Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs). Able to read and understand Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) for upstream (oil field) process design. Able to read and comply with project equipment specifications.
