Monitor processing of invoices, ensure timely collection of payments from the Dealers/Distributors, conduct credit checks, following up with customer in delay payment case and visit customers if required. Prepare weekly reporting to management regarding outstanding/payment status and determination of credit limits. Make target report to get the receivable minimize. Monthly Dealer / Distributor scheme working, conduct the monthly Stock Audit in Warehouse to find out variance. Manage day to day accounting, adhere travel policy to check the travel bill, manage branch expenses, Vendor Claims & their payment, GST, Prepare Financial Report, Monthly Financial Reporting, Preparing Cash Budget, Internal Branch Audit.
