I hold a bachelor in engineering and have 20th years of experience as a mechanical engineer and technical manager. I gained my experience from working in engineering workshops, covering design and manufacturing, maintaining injection molds, blow molds, dies cast, spare parts and production lines. My accomplishments include:
• Designing and preparing detailed drawings for molds, injection molds, blow molds, two colors injection molds, high pressure dies casting, low pressure dies casting and gravity dies casting, sand molds, foreign molds, and dies precision parts using CAD/CAM, VISI, Autodesk Mechanical Desktop 3D, ArtCam and testing them by mold flow.
• Setting up programs for CNC machines tools and operating.
• Manufacturing, assembling and maintaining about 1500 molds, precision parts and also polishing of cavities besides making texture on the molds by CNC milling machines, and also familiar with molds included hot runner system such as Husky, PSG, Gunter, Mold Masters, erum and Mastip.
• Setting plans for machines maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance of production lines, injection machines, pressing lines, bending lines, assembly lines, painting lines and utilities machines.
• Building workshops of moulds, moulds store, polishing lab and quality control lab.
• Got training on Molds maintenance and design at WEENER PLASTIK, German and on The Program on the Development of the Die and Mold Industry at AOTS, JAPAN.
• Have courses on the "Project Management Professional" – PMP certificate course, on the "ISO 9001 Quality Management System", and also on the Management Skills course.
