Experienced manager from the formwork, industrial products, Hilti, cement, precast and readymix concrete industries. I have had exposure to all parts of business, namely sales and marketing, operations and logistics, technical, branch and general management.
Analytical by nature, I thrive in identifying key performance areas to derive the required outcome, start measuring those kpa's and adding incentivised, stretched targets. I am a huge supported of proper segmentation to improve business focus.
As a manager, my natural management style is coaching and mentoring and I have no qualms about sharing my knowledge and experience. I am a natural presenter and have proved that I can connect with other people regardless of their position within a company, culture or age.
Financially, I can easily handle management accounts, sales forecasting and budgeting and I am more than competent in Microsoft Excel.
