A capable IT Engineer with solid technical background and proven record in building, troubleshooting computer systems/networks and technical support (3 years of work experience). I have held various job roles in IT. Common to these job roles, is a strong focus on providing exemplary technical support to the user or client, Server management, Email Exchange administration, backup and recovery, systems and network administration, troubleshooting and supervising help desk.
