Graham Bland

I joined the OCS Offshore/BW Offshore Group in early 2014, as the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President. I have been based in Dubai for the past two years, and over six and a half years in the region. Prior to joining The OCS/BW Offshore, I was the COO of Technip in China, and an Executive Director in Technip’s Regional China headquarters. I have spent over 25 years in various levels of management consulting. I attended the University of Stirling where I received a First Class Honor’s degree in Engineering, a Masters in project management, as well as holding an MBA and DBA from Manchester Business School. I have a long and successful track record in business, and in delivering developed solutions, creating new solutions to be delivered, and creating organizations to deliver these solutions to clients across all industries and business arenas.
